Abstract

Sports managers face enormous challenges in the face of globalization, epidemics, economic recession, and social and cultural issues. Managers are trying to change management strategies against the backdrop of the pandemic to increase spectator engagement during matches and improve the viewing experience. Sports managers are also doing more community research on management risks due to political issues and gender issues. This paper uses literature analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze and evaluate the ways that sports managers can take to deal with the risks they face in the future, as well as help to improve the sports industry.
